The plan was hatched in early 2019. An integrated health and wellness centre on the top floor of Manningham Medical Centre.
While construction is happening on Level 6, we are currently temporarily open on Level 3 of Manningham Medical Centre.

The view
It all started when we discovered that the top floor of Manningham Medical Centre boasts a stunning, unobstructed view of the city and captures the evening sunset from the west.
Then we let our imaginations run. How could we harness the perfect location to create a space that integrates modern health and wellness in one facility?
Planning
So we engaged an architect and interior designer and started drawing.
Here we have:
- 10 consultation rooms
- Reformer pilates studio
- Yoga & group exercise studio
- Rehabilitation & Exercise Physiology gym
- Changing rooms and lockers
- Furnished seating areas
- Private balcony (for calm, sunny days!)

We did everything we could to bring as much daylight into the facilities as possible. The yoga studio has the prime windows facing the city, followed by the gym; and then 7 consultation rooms also have a private view of the cityscape.
Reception
To round off, let’s go back to the start. When you walk down the corridor from the lift (or stairs if you’re up for them), you will be greeted by our warm, bamboo-lined reception area.
