On Monday 4th November 2019, we moved into our new centre! This post is long overdue, but the past two months or so have been extremely busy in terms of getting everything setup. It’s now 2020 and we couldn’t ask for a better way to start the new year.
It seems like it has been a long time coming, since we started building in June 2019. A couple of delays along the way, some unexpected, however we are really very pleased with the result. We truly cannot wait to share it with all our patients, clients, referrers and, of course, our own staff!

Our waiting area with a nice big sofa, seats and a variety of cushions for you to comfortably enjoy the surroundings while waiting for your appointment or class. We’re also growing plants around the centre as well!
Our purpose-built Reformer Pilates studio is currently equipped with four beautiful Allegro 2 Reformers. These machines are spring-loaded for you to perform low-impact, high intensity Pilates exercises. The room also has mirrors for you to practice your techniques with precision and electric blinds to keep your focus in the room. While we’re here – have a look at our introductory offer below.

Our Yoga & Mat Pilates Studio is a room from our imagination. The main front windows provide a panoramic view of the Melbourne cityscape. There is a projector screen that rolls out from the ceiling for presentations. Electric blinds on all windows allow us to control the light to bring you the perfect ambiance. Our Gym is the perfect space for rehabilitation or your own workout. For strengthening you can use our free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, a matrix rack, functional cable stack, and of course, we have a treadmill and exercise bike along the window facing the city. More photos to come of this area.
Finally, we have our consulting suites. We have 7 rooms with windows looking out toward the west, and 1 room looking up north. I don’t think we can underestimate the therapeutic power of natural light.
Finally, a big shoutout to our builder, Triplewood Commercial Shopfitting. Allen, Minh, Tee & Le were so committed to exceeding our expectations and literally built our centre with the same love and care we have for it. We hope all their hard work can be enjoyed by everyone for years and years to come.
