Please note class bookings are essential. Classes may be fully booked or cancelled. If you do not have a booking and try to attend a class, you may be disappointed.

If a class is fully booked you may add yourself to the Wait List for that class if you are particularly keen to go to that class. Due to our 8 hour cancellation policy, there will be some movement in the class bookings. As soon as a place becomes available you will be notified by SMS or email.

Please note that failure to respond to a Wait Listed place may cause the cancellation policy to apply. If you are on the wait list, please keep checking!

Due to limited places available in classes, we have an 8 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make it to your class please cancel it as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone on the wait list. Failure to do so may result in a warning or a lost class.

From time to time, due to instructor or teacher unavailability, or low student bookings, we may need to cancel a class. If this is the case, we will endeavour to contact you by email, phone or SMS.

Sometimes we are running late for a class for unforseen circumstances. Please note that the door is locked at the start of class and NO late entries are permitted for safety reasons and in consideration of other students.

Attending a class with a friend is one of life's small pleasures. Please plan in advance by asking our receptionists for a Complementary Guest Pass. Guests will need to be booked in at reception.

Maybe. Your health fund policy may have an allowance for a Health Management Program or Gym Membership which could qualify for a rebate. Please speak to them for information specific to your policy.

Our classes are not "clinical" - they are run by qualified Pilates and Yoga teachers but are not qualified health professionals, such as physiotherapists or exercise physiologists. Therefore, our classes are not claimable with your health fund for the usual item numbers that you would use for physiotherapy or exercise physiology.

If you have any further queries about this, please speak to us at reception for clarification.

The Medicare EPC visit allocation is for 1-on-1 consultations with a qualified health professional as specified on the form by your GP. Therefore our Pilates and Yoga classes are not covered by the Medicare EPC program.

However, after a consultation with one of our therapists, the therapist may recommend some classes for you to continue your rehabilitation and begin your journey in wellness. Speak to us at reception to see what special offers we may have available.

Our Pilates and Yoga teachers are qualified to teach their respective classes, however they are not qualified health professionals, such as physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, etc.

Therefore, our classes are not claimable with your health fund for the usual item numbers that you would use for physiotherapy or exercise physiology.

Our aim is to provide the best prices for everyone to enjoy their favourite wellness classes.

At this stage we currently do not have any concession discounts; however, stay up to date with us as from time to time we have have special offers and promotions!

Good choice! A gym membership is a perfect addition to your Pilates and Yoga classes. It is a requirement to see a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to establish an exercise program before purchasing an inexpensive gym membership.

All memberships can be paid by weekly recurring direct debit or credit card payment.

If this is not suitable for you, please consider the upfront payment options.

Membership payments are made by direct debit, either with credit card or direct debit.

You may suspend your membership. The minimum term of suspension is 2 weeks. You may suspend your membership for up to 12 weeks in a given 12 month period.

The minimum term of an Unlimited Classes membership is 12 weeks. You are obligated to pay for the minimum total cost of the Membership.

Yoga FAQs

Slow Flow yoga classes are typically suitable for beginners. The poses are typically held for longer than in a Vinyasa class, and the transitions between poses are slower making the class somewhat easier to follow along to.

What to wear. Wear clothing that allows you to move easily and comfortably. You will be taking your shoes and socks off in the yoga studio.

What to Bring. Your own yoga mat (if you have one otherwise you can hire one) and a drink bottle (if you wish).

Regular yoga classes are 60 minutes long.

We also have a fully equipped Clinical Pilates room setup and sessions are run in there by our highly trained Physiotherapists Hannah and Katharine. To access this service, please make an appointment to see them.

Our timetabled Reformer Pilates classes are not run by physiotherapists, nor are they clinical. The instructions given by the class teacher is not a substitute for medical advice. Therefore, if you have a condition where medical or allied health attention is needed, please provide an appropriate medical certificate before attending class.

Many of us are managing chronic conditions where we are able to self-manage the condition, including during the Pilates class. In this case, we would still prefer that you provide an appropriate medical certificate before attending class, and also let the instructor know of you conditions so they can offer suggestions on how to modify the class or program for you.

Open Reformer Pilates classes are perfect for those who are new to Pilates. Our low class numbers make it easy for our instructors to supervise you if you need a bit more help.

Pilates classes run for a total 50 minutes. This includes a warm up and cool down.

Open Reformer Pilates classes will teach you the foundational movements and give you the body conditioning to participate in higher levels of exercise. There will be more time to rest if you choose to do so. Active classes are more dynamic and challenge the body in all different planes of movement, usually with less time to rest between exercises.

It is always best to seek appropriate medical advice prior to attending a class; however we understand that Pilates, when used correctly, can be beneficial for your recovery.

Gym access is available only on referral by one of our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists. Once a rehabilitation or exercise program has been established, you may purchase an inexpensive gym membership to use our gym. Booking is required to use the gym due to limited space.

Our gym has a full complement of free weights, a matrix, cable machine, treadmill and bike. We also have other speciality equipment for rehabilitation.

Once a gym membership has been purchased after a referral from one of our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists, you may book in to use the gym either online or at reception.

Good choice! A gym membership is a perfect addition to your Pilates and Yoga classes. It is a requirement to see a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to establish an exercise program before purchasing an inexpensive gym membership.

We have limited shelving inside the studio and gym areas for personal item storage. Please keep you personal belongings to a minimum and be careful with your valuables.
