Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Are you a passionate Exercise Physiologist keen to build your career in private practice?
This is your opportunity to work in our brand new centre including a fully equipped rehabilitation gym, Reformer Pilates studio, Yoga studio and private consultation rooms. We offer 1:1 consultations and small group classes (1:6).
You will be taking over an existing caseload and continuing service to an extensive referral network of local GPs, surgeons, and practice nurses. Our patients consist of Medicare (EPC), DVA, TAC, Worksafe, and privately paying clients.
The caseload includes musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and diabetic conditions, and other chronic disease management patients.

The ideal candidate
Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology
Accreditation with ESSA
Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Able to work individually and in a team environment
Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
Current Medicare provider number
Demonstrated ability to build and manage a clinical caseload
Sound computer literacy
Experience running group exercise classes (desirable)
