FAQs

Please bring any documents (such as referral letters, EPC paperwork, Third party payer paperwork, test results, medical imaging results etc) from any GP, specialist, surgeon, nurse or other health professional if you think it might be related to your current health condition.

If you are using any products or health aides (such as walking frames, orthotics, straps, supports, etc) and would like us to have a look please bring those too.

Please try to wear clothing where you feel comfortable and unrestricted. You may need to move around and perform some exercises. For physiotherapy, in certain cases the physiotherapist may ask you to remove some clothing for clinical reasons.

Appointment times vary for each of our services and occasionally between practitioners. Please give us a call if you need to confirm your appointment length.

Private patients and private health insurance patients do not need a referral from a doctor.

EPC (Medicare), WorkCover and TAC patients require a referral from a doctor.

WorkCover and TAC patients also need to bring an approval letter for physiotherapy from the insurance company which contains the claim number and written approval for the required services.
