We always want to make sure everyone feels safe and supported during appointments. If there's ever a concern about tension or discomfort, we'll have the Case Manager join in to help everything go smoothly. It's important to us that we keep a positive and respectful environment. If, at any point, our service provider feels uneasy, they may need to step away to ensure everyone's well-being. We're committed to working together to ensure our sessions are productive and comfortable for everyone involved.
